A bit about me...

Hello! My name is Sam Beals, and this is my Graphic Design portfolio site. I know you must be wondering who this handsome devil is and why I should care.

Well to tell you a bit about myself, I'm a Graphic Designer fresh out of college with three years of professional experience. 

​

Growing up in my native Tennessee, I always had an infatuation with all things design, even before I knew what "Graphic Design" was. After taking part in my high school's Academy of Media Arts and Technology, I realized that Design was a field I wanted to study in college.

​

In my four years of education at Austin Peay State University, I gained much more than just a piece of paper. I had the opportunity to collaborate with my talented peers, gain real-world experience working with clients, and learn the dark arts of Adobe Creative Cloud Software. 

​

I took on multiple design jobs during my college career, including a graphic design internship that has led to my current full-time position as a Digital Creative Coordinator for my local media group.

​

I consider myself very lucky to have found a passion in life that I can pursue to the fullest, and I hope to add many more years of creating to my belt.
